Tremont tennis court rules:
1. Absolutely NO BOTTLES or GLASS allowed on the courts.
2. No wheels of any kind allowed on the courts.
3. Guests must always be accompanied by a member. Guests are allowed five (5) visits to the courts and after that must become Associate Members. Only exceptions are those players practicing with their Tremont teams. Those outsiders are required to pay $15.00 per tennis season.
4. Proper tennis attire is required on the courts including shirts and proper tennis shoes.
5. Courts may be reserved in advance up to 48 hours, on the hour only. Singles: 1 Hour Doubles: 2 Hours
6. Children under l6 must yield courts to adults during Prime Time. Prime Time is defined as weekdays after 5:00 P.M. and all day Saturday and Sunday.
7. ALTA and USTA season matches have precedence over neighborhood matches. ALTA and USTA make-up matches have precedence over neighborhood matches.
8. Tennis courts are for TENNIS ONLY. No lacrosse, racquetball, etc. permitted.
9. Parents are responsible for their children.
10. No Smoking and No Pets allowed on courts.
11. Tennis team captains are responsible for collecting outsider fees at the beginning of the season and submitting them to the HOA President, Treasurer, or Secretary.
12. THE COURTS CLOSE AT 10 PM EXCEPT ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHTS IN JUNE AND JULY WHEN THEY WILL CLOSE AT 11 PM. IN CONSIDERATION OF THOSE MEMBERS LIVING CLOSE TO THE COURTS, PLAYERS SHOULD LEAVE THE COURTS IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING TIME. THE GATE MUST ALWAYS BE LOCKED AND THE LIGHTS TURNED OFF WHEN THE LAST PLAYER LEAVES. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO AVOID ANY VANDALISM AND PROTECT THE FACILITY FROM UNAUTHORIZED USE.
