Pool Rules
Hours- 8 am to 10 PM daily
A lifeguard will be on duty between the hours of 11am and 7pm. Please respect the facility and have fun.- .
- 1. Absolutely NO BOTTLES OR GLASS allowed in the pool area. No Exceptions.
2. Lifeguard is not responsible for children in the baby pool or for children in the adult pool with “Floaties” on. This will always be the parent’s responsibility. - 3. Adults ONLY are allowed in the pool area during the hours when no lifeguard is on duty. This means you must be at least 18 years old or you must be with a parent or guardian. Young adults in the pool area will be required to show valid identification and proof of age.
4. Unsupervised children between the ages of 10-16 must pass a swimming test administered by the lifeguard and must have a signed parental consent form before entering the pool area. This unsupervised use of the pool is applicable ONLY when the lifeguard is on duty. Children under the age of 10 must ALWAYS be accompanied by a parent. Older siblings do not qualify as parents.
5. No running, no rough play, and no profanity allowed in the pool area.
6. Members are allowed only one guest per family member. Members may bring the same guest five (5) times maximum for the season. Out-of-state guests and visiting grandchildren are exceptions.
7. Non-member residents of Tremont DO NOT QUALIFY as guests and are not allowed inside the pool area. This is private property for the use of HOA members only.
8. Members will be held responsible for the actions of their dependents and guests. Guests at the pool must always be accompanied by the Member.
9. Private parties must have written approval from the Board at least 7 days in advance.
10. Proper bathing attire only is allowed in the pool. No cutoffs. No diapers are allowed in either pool unless they are swimming pool approved.
11. No Pets are allowed in the pool area.
12. Showering is required before entering the pool.
13. Please keep pool and surrounding area clean by using the trash cans and ashtrays.
14. Please respect the rights of others at all times. The pool area is intended to be a family environment.
15. The lifeguard on duty or any Board member has the power to eject any member who does not comply with the above rules and regulations. After receiving three (3) disciplinary actions, that person can be suspended from using the pool for a period of seven (7) days.
